Totally, there are 5 quality control processes for this part. When comes to assembling, drop-test and packaging, we have another 5 inspections before goods go out.

Self-inspection software is also a part of our extended quality control after goods arrived at the destinations. What you need to do is just run it and send us the testing report, the data inside will show you the problem. That will make the after-sale service much easier. No need to check the PCBs one by one or even send back the whole board for replacement.

Up to now, INTECH products had passed CE, FCC, ROHS, C-TICK, the patent of appearance design, utility model patent, 3C authentication and so on.
